Kindle Care has a flat organisational structure, so as to promote the free flow of information to senior management. This enables Kindle Care to build an adaptive, innovation-friendly organisation. Kindle Care’s short chain of command facilitates a greater level of communication between employees and management. This ensures greater quality of service and service delivery through faster communication, greater reliability and a more effective service.
